HORRIBLE experience ordering from here, ordered for my family of 4, part of our order was missing, I called and explained what... was missing, they rudly rushed me off the phone and said they would send it right away, we waited for an hour while our food wasgetting cold, called and spoke with their manager, he couldn't care less and was also very cold and unprofessional, he wouldn'toffer any form of reimbursement only a credit for that item missing, we waited for part of our meal that was missing an hourlater and did not receive it, not to mention the entire meal cost us 80$. Stay clear from this place! **Update: it is now 8 pm( placed our order at 5 pm) I am in disbelief, we received our missing item, instead of a poutine that was missing we received agiant container of gravy, are we being pranked? ????( On the receipt they even indicated a poutine ) 80$ for a cold meal and alarge container of gravy, thank you Benny BBQ for a great night and for wasting our time and money ????
