Ordered delivery through their website online. I recieved it when they said it would arrive, but it was missing my potatoes, the... pita for my boyfriend's plate and they sent a small box with an individual baklava instead of the big box. When I called I wastold the manager would call me back and that delivery was no longer available. It was 7:45pm and they close at 10pm. To date Istill haven't been contacted by the manager and the same sort of thing happened awhile back last time I ordered through theirwebsite (Specifically the Spheretech location). Read more
The food is boustan. It's tasty. I eat here often. However, in starting to question of I will continue because this location is... almost always UNDERSTAFFED. The one staff present does their best, but when there is only ONE person for a dinner rush, takingorders and payment and then having to make everything too, obviously the quality and consistency is going to take a hit... Iactually feel guilty going here when there's only one person working during rush hour. It's not right to treat your staff likethis while the owners are benefiting from understaffing their business. This place is average. Food quality is meh. I didn?t find the poutine that great compared to many other restaurants. They use... the same number for labeling different items on the menu which can be confusing. The other thing that bothers me, is they askfor 18 to 22% tip for takeout/sit down and they don?t even offer free water lol. We spent around $18 a person for fast foodlevel quality. I?d recommend eating elsewhere for a nicer dinner. Read more
I ordered a Beef Shawarma plate, which came to less than $18 after taxes. Good portions and the food was very fresh. Often times... at other stores, when I get a pita with my plate, the pita is often stale, but I was pleasantly surprised that the pita was verysoft and fresh.
