I don?t think I?ve ever had this type of bad customer service in my entire life. I?ve been ordering from this place for many... years. Today my wife picked a poke bowl and it was EXTREMELY SPICY. I went back to return it and the receptionist(Alexa), who isapparently the manager, was impolite, rude and unprofessional. She accused me of eating the salmon!!! I asked her who makes apoke bowl that spicy without asking the customers. She said it?s your responsibility? she refused to give me another poke bowl.As a small business owner, this is the easiest way to lose a loyal customer and is plain unprofessional on her behalf.
