This was a Take out order. After picking this much brownish red rusty lettuce out of my salad I decided to just throw it all... away. I live an hour away and didn’t care to make a round trip for a new salad. How can a restaurant charge for bad lettucelike this?!? ???????? Read more
Let me start by saying I loved this place. It’s usually my go to place to go out to eat. But my last 3 experiences have been... awful. I understand there’s a staffing shortage in restaurants and I take that into consideration. I ordered one pizza fordelivery at noon, I didn’t get it until almost 1:45 (an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered it). Not a big deal, I understandit may take longer with staffing shortages etc. but at the very least if your going to keep your customer waiting close to 2hours make sure the food is hot and decent. The bottom crust was completely soggy (I mean like REALLY soggy,) and it was clearthe pizza had been sitting a very very long time before it came to us. It was cold and the cheese was hard and not like how itnormally is on their pizzas. It was awful. My 3 year old who had waited for it and wanted it (it was an earned reward for pottytraining) wouldn’t even eat it, and was left pretty disappointed. If staffing and delivery is a huge problem maybe they shouldoffer take out and do away with delivery. The same thing happened the last time we ordered for my birthday back in March(everything cold and clearly had been sitting a long time before we got it). I grew up with this restaurant and I hate giving abad review, but I feel I should warn other potential delivery order customers to just do pick up or not at all. You’ll wait along time for an order that has been sitting out and is soggy and cold. For one small pizza for 17 bucks I should’ve justordered dominos, at least it would have been fresh and edible. I’m so disappointed. Unfortunately, they’ve lost my trust andI don’t think I’ll be ordering delivery or even take out from them again. It’s great if you go in to eat, but A restaurantthat offers take out and delivery should be able to offer decent food for those options as well. We got MINIMAL service from our server. She brought our bread out 25 mins before we even got our meals. The meals were not very... hot At all. Barely warmed through. No napkins. All the servers seemed to be more interested in serving the customers that weresitting outside. Food was ok tasting. Don't think I'll return. Read more
The food is most definitely 5-stars worthy, but I do have to deduct a star for the service we received when we initially... arrived. There were 4 of us adults and one toddler. The hostess was super sweet and eager to seat us. While walking back to ourtable she asks a group of servers “who would like this table” to which one of the younger girls replies “Uh, no, I do notwant the baby”, with a snarky attitude and glare. We sat and waited about 15 minutes to order drinks before a kind soul walkedover and said “I’m not sure why your server hasn’t been over yet, but I’ll take care of you.” The server we had wasphenomenal and we’d really like to thank her for “taking on the baby”.
