I've never had a bad experience at a Wendy's, anywhere. This place, wow, I've had several. I've waited 10 minutes for a burger... inside because the drive through has such a high priority over the inside due to management clocking the time in the drivethrough. Once I finally got my burger, the customer beside me opened his at the counter, just knowing it would be wrong, openedthe burger, and it was wrong. The employee wrapped it back up and sat it beside the burgers he was making to serve it to thenext customer. The employees wear gloves, customers do not. That is disgusting. During times of covid, I would think we shouldcare more about the next customer than wasting an incorrectly made burger! Read more

Couple months ago, the SA Wendy?s would be my go to Wendy?s but last three visits have been disheartening. Fries are never hot... like always advertised. Chicken nuggets old and cold.
