Door were closed at 8:55 only the drive thru was open. Per the hours listed it should close at 10pm. Sat in the drive thru... line for over 50 mins just to order. After ordering it took over 10 mins to move up 1 car. Read more
Their sign, their website, their menu, the window, the arrows for drive-through, alll say 24 hours... Yet every single time that... I come through here at 3 AM, they're closed. Same thing with 2 AM and 4 AM... What is the point of advertising as 24 hours ifyou are consistently closed between the hours of 2 AM and 5 AM? I work weird shifts, and the late night food would be veryconvenient. Yet for years, at multiple locations, their 24 hour locations are closed. I don't have a problem with a businessthat has to close for 3 hours a day. Frankly, 21 hours a day is impressive. Just DONT ADVERTISE AS 24 HOURS IF YOUR NOT 24HOURS!!!!! I can only imagine the amount of people who stop off the highway on a road trip, just to find out they're closed. Awaste of time. I truly hope McDonald's isn't assuming their employees are working and open from 2am to 5am..... because they'renot. If they're supposed to be, fire everyone of them. I said what I said. I use to work in a 24 hour Dunkin. It's not easy,but its your job. With today's volume of jobs, you can find another one if you don't like it. Stopped in for a couple kids meals on the way to downtown St. Augustine. The service was quick and most of the food was good.... The apples slices however weren?t fresh. No fault of theirs I?m sure, just packaging. We?d stop here again if in the area. Read more
Wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly and excited to serve you. The restaurant was clean.. very tidy.. I had the Egg... McMuffin - the special was buy one... get one for a dollar... it was suggested by an employee to add bacon... and boy it was sodelicious!!! I could only eat one.. but I took the other for my mid-day snack. I can't wait to visit again... You must go andexperience it for yourself. Read more
