I have been to this location multiple times and have requested medium rare for the meat as it is cooked at many other locations.... Each time I received a sandwich that is well done and super dry to the point that I have to bath it in bbq sauce. Other thanthat, the fries and shake were good and the staff is always friendly. My coworkers and I went there for lunch and I didn't plan on having them eat because I don't eat meat. So it happened that was... the first day of their plant-based meatball sandwich.
