This has to be the absolutely very worst McDonald's in existence. I was forced to use kiosk, which didn't really bother me.... However the printer was out of paper, and 4 different McDonald's employees were not trained/ could not be bothered to change it.???? Fries were room temperature, not even lukewarm. Burger patties were burnt. The buns on our burgers looked and tasted likecardboard . I would post a picture of my receipt but I never got one. I should have left when I noticed all the flies buzzingaround in the middle of November. Read more
Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Went the other night, about 4 or 5 cars in line. I was willing to wait, no big... deal. After about 30 minutes in line, I finally pulled up to the speaker.... and waited. Nothing. No one said anything. I wastrying to be patient so I didn't immediately say anything thinking they were clearly busy, and wanted to give them a moment tocatch up. About 5 minutes passed before I said "Hello?" TO the speaker. Nothing. 5 more minutes passes... at this point I didn'twant to drive away because I had been in line for 40 minutes already.. the person next to me (there was 2 drive through lines)had kids that kept yelling at the speaker until FINALLY someone responded and told her they were just busy and understaffed. Shekindly relayed that to me when I asked her what they said.. so AGAIN, I PATIENTLY waited. After another 10 minutes sitting thereat the speaker that Noone ever even spoke to me through, I finally pulled away. I wasted almost AN HOUR waiting in line and atthe speaker being as understanding as I possibly could, im a pretty patient person.. NOT a single employee had the respect orprofessionalism to even SPEAK TO ME. if I hadn't waited so long in the first place, I NEVER would have waited so long at thespeaker....because there is NO EXCUSE to not quickly say something to your customers apologizing and asking them to wait becauseyou are understaffed. The 40 minute line didn't bother me HALF as much as the 10 minutes I was blatantly ignored by theincredibly unprofessional staff. Saw about 10 cars pull away that night in the 50 minutes I was there. I will not be returning.Someone should train these employees customer service and what to do when busy. Alot of people will surprise you with kindnessand understanding if you'd have the professionalism to show it first, ESPECIALLY considering its your job. Read more
Waited over 5 minutes for our food. Fries were room temperature and undercooked. Lady that brought the food to the table was... rude, sarcastic and just unhappy to be there. The kiosks for ordering were either broke, out of receipt paper, or didn't acceptyour payment. By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's or any restaurant for that matter. Highly recommendyou stay away from this location.And the best part is, the manager was in the dining area playing on his phone. Read more
Wish I didn?t even have to leave 1 star! This is by far the WORST fast food location in the country!!!! They are slow slow slow... and rude rude rude. Drive through is always wrapped and you only move up a car every 10 minutes (if that). So you go inside andthey sit there and stare at you as you stand at the counter waiting to be rung up almost as if they expect you to order yourself at the kiosk. They act annoyed everytime you ask for something and they don?t even bother to say have a good day!! Not worth the one star this place is garbage, the people that worked 12-04-22 @12am need to be fired, people that get paid from... other people hard earned money and don't sale a customer what a person paid for are Thieves. The food that I did receive is formy child, I didn't get mine. Looking at these reviews i tell you if my child gets sick I'm going to file a Lawsuit against thisplace. Read more
