When ordered food, the order was wrong. Was being polite about what was ordered and manager assured me she fixed it, it took... over 20 mins to bring the right order to table. Was short a 3 pieces strip meal for my child. When asked manager for a containerto put the chicken that was given manager ignored me. Had to send my sister up to ask. If I could do 0 stars I would!!! First off I was told they didn't have the chicken that I wanted and that I could wait on it but... it would be 12 minutes, which I was okay with. Then I got to the window and the guy told me that he had lied and that they didhave it. So I get home after ordering 2 of the K1's, which is 2 drums, a thigh and mashed potatoes w/gravy and a biscuit, and afamous bowl. Well let me just tell you I didn't have not 1 piece of drum in either one of the K1 combos. And the chicken in myhusband's famous bowl was cold and rock hard so he had to microwave it just to get it warm and softer ???? oh and you don't wantto get me started on the phone!!! I tried calling them several times last night when it first happened and again this morningbut THEY DON'T ANSWER!!! Do they even have a phone?? Good food, nice Manager, some what pretty dirty, especially in the kitchen!
They had a quick service. I order 5 piece nashville hot chicken strips. The order costed $9.29 on their display board but when... they cashed me out at $8.79+ $2.50 + tax. Which is weird because they added extra $2.50 for no reason. On asking for that extracharge cashier said they add that charge for the nashville sauce. I am very confused on this math. If they have extra charge forsauce they can display it on board. Also, floors were sticky. Read more
