Our order by phone was messed up. We ordered 2 HAPPY meals. One with nothing and one with extra pickles and onions. We got no... pickles and flooded with ketchup. We also ordered a caramel frappe and they made everyone's but ours. We asked and the man toldus he was out. I asked why so many got their's and he just grunted. This McDonald's simply can't keep up. They have a small fraction of the volume that any McDonald's in a city might have, but... it's slower than almost any I've ever seen. They're busy, moving, working, bit nothing is getting done. The entire energy isbeing expended on confusion, not cooking or putting orders out. I'm not sure if they know who is doing what or even how to workthe machines, and I mean that literally. The food took so long to come out, it was halfway cold by the time it got to me.
