Wonderful, delectable and perfectly prepared dishes! I would've given this 5 stars, but unfortunately the only area they fell... short on is the waitstaff service. While the steak was cooked perfectly the first time out (a rare occurrence from myexperience) and the salmon was absolutely exquisite, the waitress initially came to take our order and that was the last we sawof her until it was time for the bill. Water wasn't refilled until I placed my empty glass at the end of the table to get theattention of the attendant. Price was modest for the quality of food which even rivaled some of the higher end restaurants thatI've been to with much higher price points. But overall, my recommendation if you visit St. George Utah, you MUST come to theAragosta for an awesome dinner! Additionally, they do have a kids menu which is great for an upscale restaurant. I dined here while on a work trip to St. George. I must say it was the best meal of my trip. The service was excellent. The food... well prepared. The house salad was well worth the price and artfully prepared and presented. A complimentary serving of lemonsorbet was served to clean the pallet. The entree of scallops was perfectly prepared and complemented with risotto and a divinesauce. I also ordered a side of mixed vegetables thinking the risotto might be too much carb for my diet. However, everythingwas so good that I finished it and felt no guilt at all. The atmosphere is nice. I realize many fine dining establishments thatknow how to serve and prepare a fine meal like to invoke that dining experience with a deliberate architectural or decors thatinvokes connection to New Orleans; however, this meal was better than the typical rich-sauce, pushing-the-limits food in NewOrleans. I would welcome and prefer this Aragosta-Experience to most similar restaurants in which I’ve dined in NOLA. Mycompliments to the chef(s), waiter, and staff for accommodating me last Tuesday evening. Advice to those dining in St.George… give Aragosta a try; it was a pleasant experience. Also, in setting your expectations for making your reservation, account for the fact that my review was for a Tuesday night when diners seeking a table is not what one would expect for aFriday or Saturday evening. On a Tuesday night, I walked in and was provided a table without making a reservation in advance. However, I can easily see where this gem may be in high demand and short supply. Read more

Aragosta’s was the fanciest restaurant I have ever eaten at, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The host, Ben, was... very cordial and polite, and our waitress Kara was exceptional as well. The atmosphere was pleasant — simple and not too overthe top, which was great. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never eaten at such a nice place before, and it was aGod-tier dining experience. The escargot was very good, and our entrees were cooked to perfection. I got the Filet Mignon and mywife got the lobster ravioli The presentation and taste were perfect. The chef even prepared a special dessert treat for ussince we were celebrating our 2-yr wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning next time wevisit St George.
