The place was dirty and the staff seemed clueless. There were no paper towels in the bathrooms. Yet an employee came out right... before I went in. I assume he didn't wash his hands or didn't care. The tables were all a mess. The food was as ordered andfairly quick, but they employees seemed more interested in hanging out and talking then cleaning. Even when things were slow,they were just hanging out talking or would go outside to smoke. Read more
There wasn?t a clean table in a completely empty lobby. The order was incorrect. The ketchup was empty and all the garbages were... full. The bathroom was also dirty. I?m not typically a negative person, but this was horrid. Read more
The food was good and they got the order correct, but they were very slow and there seemed to be a lot of confusion behind the... counter. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Hopefully they'll do better next time. Read more

If I could give no stars I would. Service was absolutely horrible! many employees standing around doing nothing. All the food... looks like it's been sitting in warmers all day. The person expediting the orders and working the cash register doesn't seem toknow what the heck she was doing.
