We met a gentleman name Scott and was very knowledge and friendly. I was able to pickup 3 bottles of wine that was very... good.petit sirah. Cabernet saivignon 2015. Read more
Bottom line - the experience at Markham was poor. Very much a sense that they are just a big company and don't really care about... you or customer service. We went to Markham Vineyards this weekend in large part because we had a certificate for a winetasting for two that we received last year as part of a welcome package for a new home/job. Because of COVID we weren't able tovisit any earlier. Upon arrival we showed them the certificate and they told us they wouldn't honor it because 'managementchanged.' The manager on duty repeated that reason and said that they had no way to deal with the certificate 'in their system'and it would 'mess up all the books' if he tried to enter it. He made no attempt to accommodate us, offer a discount as analternative, or show any sense of customer service. We left and went on to a different winery where we proceeded to make asignificant purchase and have a great time. Read more
We came across this place because it was affordable unlike most wineries and there's also a bit of background history within... their buildings. Our host is very nice and informative, he let us have some bonus drinks to taste. The knowledge he has aboutthe wines and where they grow help us understands why there are a variety of grapes and wines. Read more
We had a wonderful time at Markham Vineyards! The staff was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We felt like... we were guests at their fancy home! If you visit, make sure to say hello to Rina and Sophia! Top Notch Staff! Now, let's talkwine, the wine was phenomenal. So much so that I joined the wine delivery service and have been enjoying their delicious Roseand Chardonnay in the comforts of my home. I look forward to my next shipment. Great winery and even better wine! They're right down the road from the Culinary Institute if you get hungry. My brother and I... had a awesome time during our visit. Our host was Sophia; I recommend you ask for her when you're there and you'll have a greatexperience.
