We had the pleasure of enjoying a dinner and wine paring with Larry Tsai. Larry was an amazing host making sure to interact with... all present. His ability to connect to each and every person in the room drawing in each persons perspective is uncanny. We lovehow he aligned everyone?s tasting to actors, actresses, vehicles, and more. Beyond that though was his humility and presence tostate that his journey has been successful because of those in his circle. He touted heavily on Philippe Melka and his wife forthe amazing wines they have been able to produce and the business they have built. And when I say the wines are amazing I meanamazing. The 2017 and 2015 Cor Leonis were some of the best I?ve Cabs I?ve had. His Chardonnay is in a class of its own aswell. Amazing experience!!! We did a tasting with Vicki, who is a somm, and got to spend so much time 1:1 with her learning about... everything wine-making and drinking, at an educational level that was custom tailored to how much we already knew. And the wineswere incredible! Our favorites were the Paige Chardonnay and Corinne Pinot - they were out of this world and probably the bestwines we tried on our trip. A must-visit in Napa! Read more
