We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for 70 people at The Saint. It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We... wanted a very casual event with heavy appetizers and a varied selection of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. The entireexperience from planning through the night of the event was amazing and went off smoothly. This was a destination wedding andeverything was able to be planned easily by phone and email. We helped select the menu, and the food was delicious andplentiful. The setting was perfect with beautiful decor, sitting areas, and a beautiful bar. The Saint has its own wine labeland several people (including me) ordered wine to be shipped to our homes. I cannot begin to describe the attentiveness of thestaff. They constantly refilled glasses, whisked away empty plates, and responded immediately to every request. We also had aduo that played music that added a nice touch to the evening. The women who served us were wonderful and tried to be accommodating and apologetic for our food experience which came from the... ?Market? next door. The wine was delicious, but we waited over an hour for our food and when one of our meals wasn?t preparedcorrectly and sent back, we were met with no apology and a defensive ?Market? restaurant owner. Knowledgeable and genuine staff. I was in the mood for a low intervention Chardonnay and they recommended the 2017 Knight... Chardonnay. It was excellent! So much so that I ordered the 2015 Cabernet from the same vintner, which was also spectacular. EDIT: changed from 1 star to 4. The owner Heidi is phenomenal. After our bed experience she more than made up for it. The fact... that she reached out and wanted to make it right speaks volumes to her and how she runs her business. The Saint is beautiful andI would highly recommend. Very rude owner. Door was unlocked and walked in, instead of just saying they were closed owner walkedto the bar like he would serve us but then told us we should leave he is drinking with his friends. Read more
