No signs stating inside dining was closed. Tried to order ice cream from window, was told had to go back around building to use... the order box even though there wasn't anyone behind me or in line. Soooo I drove around the building and tried to order the icecream I wanted to be told they didn't have it!! Read more

I visited this location on 09/23/2020 to order a cake for my daughter's birthday. Samantha took the order and gave me a... receipt but never put the cake order in. I've never had this happen before. I seriously couldn't believe it happened. Whatmakes it worse, is that I arrived at 9am on Sunday to pick it up and was told "the cake isn't ready yet. Come back at 11am andyou can pick it up." But there was no cake! What were they finishing up with it? They let my daughter pick any cake out of thefreezer for "free". Real disappointment but I tried to make the best of this situation. "Could you write Happy Birthday on thecake for us?" They replied, "No, we can't. Only cake decorators can do that and they are not here today." Wait....so non-cakedecorators were finishing my imaginary cake in the back when I was there at 9am to pick up the cake? Be careful if you order acake for an event. Just because you ordered it does not mean you will be able to get it. Maybe call everyday to ensure it wasprocessed and is being made? I don't know. I did contact customer care to inform them of the issue and hopefully Samantha canget the training she needs. Customer Care apologized and stated that someone from the franchise would contact me. I went there yesterday July 16 at 3:30pm. There was 1 car in the lot , with an elderly lady checking the doors. I asked if they... were closed. She said the inside is. I drove around to drive away and noticed a car at the window. I got in line to get an icecream cake for my daughters birthday. The 2 young teenagers, were goofing around. I said you need a sign to say the drivethrough is open. They giggled and said it wasn?t their job. I asked for a cake , they came back with a description of flavorsand I picked one. The girl on the register continued to giggle as the price kept changing on the screen. She said 32.09 and Ipaid her in cash. When I got home I realized the price on the cake was clearly 24.99 and not 29.99. Because they were goofingaround and giggling, they over charged me. It was obvious That there was no one managing them. I went back today to get mychange back and again, no manager on duty, so I couldn?t get my change. I tried calling the number to get a fax sound.
