They advertise the $3 Cold Brew with a big sign and then charge $4.59. I told the girl at the window and she said it's because... they charge .11 for an extra shot. Okay, but its still almost $2 more. She said she will let them know and expected me to leave.So when I insisted she check right then and there, they told her to give me a dollar and they will look into it... Worst dunkin...ever. If I plave an order on the app and they're out of something they replace it with whatever instead of... telling me when I pick up. Then they give me an attitude when I go back and tell them. Worst customer service ever. Never asmile, hi good morning...nothing. They're never consistant with abything either.
