Giving them a one-star rating Reason being is , we ordered almsot 2 hours ago and our order still hasn't arrived yet. I tried... calling the store only to talk to a receptionist in Ontario, who's taking the calls , which is totally odd. Had we known it wasgoing to be at least a 2 hour wait, we would have never have ordered anything. And if this is the new system , (since they'removing stores) we will no longer be ordering. Always friendly customer service, love their pizza.
Overall their pizza was good! No complaints there! I ordered a small and it is perfect for just one person. Bonus point for... being located next to the Delta Hotel which is where I was staying. Just letting you know they still don?t do dine in. Only takeout unfortunately. Read more
The "supervisor" we spoke too on the phone while we were amending our online order was very short and constantly talked over me... as I tried to explain the changes I needed and subsequently when my wife called she received the same treatment...As the callended we could here her mocking us for trying to get the details correct...Extremely poor customer service and we will neverconsider this restaurant again....
