I didn't like my drink because it didn't taste enough like the Pumpkin Spice Frap at Starbucks. It was definitely made better at... the other Second Cup location. I asked if anything could be done and they said no. They were unwilling to remake the drink oroffer something else. On a side note, the fake leather chairs are ripping. The pumpkin spice latte two nights ago was muchbetter. The cashier had difficulty telling the tending balance after paying with a gift card. Read more

I don't drink coffee so I cannot comment on the taste of the Santa Cookie Latte? What I can say is the wait staff presented the... product minus the topping. The customer should not have to ask for what is supposed to come with the item. Second the sweetitem I ordered was basically all sugar. I am a cook and a baker and I expected better.
