I have done plenty of orders through home delivery from this Tims. I have given much service but today when I ordered a large... Iced Coffee, when it arrived it was upside down, completely dumped in the bag, with not even a sip left of coffee in the cup.When I called all they said I could do was do a new order and pay for a new one. I am not one to complain but to have my wholecoffee upside down and there is nothing they can do but tell me to buy a new one. Read more
