The Dominoes in St. Johns is a customer service oriented business. On our order today we wanted a Cesar salad, but the only... option online was a garden salad. So we ordered it along with the Cesar dressing. I received a call 2 minutes later afterplacing an order on line, and Joe asked me if I was wanting a Cesar salad, since I ordered Cesar dressing with my Garden Salad.I said yes, but the option online was not available. Joe stated that the inventory was just received for Cesar salad but had notupdated on line. So he upgraded our salad, I appreciate that he took the time to call and ask. We?ve had Joe as our deliverydriver several times. He?s always friendly and always is polite and thanks us for the order. Read more
The man working on 9/17/22 at 2:35PM has zero communication skills, no idea what he?s doing, or is just an absolutely miserable... person who hates his job. He tried to ring me up for pops that I already paid for because he couldn?t bothered to ask if I hadan order. Then I tried to make friendly conversation while he boxed up my order to lighten the mood and this man looked me rightin the face and then proceeded as if I hadn?t even spoken to him at all. I don?t normally stand up for myself but I told him Ithought that was very rude behavior and instead of apologizing he said ?I?m working?. Being headquartered near dominos the cute girl and I often order delivery! We?ve yet to have an issue with any of the pies. It?s... as simple as ABC on the app. If you can?t do it then get up out of your seat and start walking to the store because it?s thatsquality as of late! Couldn?t tell you who any of the workers are because I don?t much pay attention but I?m sure they?re allnice people. They make good pies that?s fo sho doe. Never have any air bubbles or anything. They quality check them and they doan adequate job! Cheap as all get out too I tells ya! Always have coupons on the app you can get money off really quickly! Thetoppings are fresh and make this old man?s heart sing! I?ll eat dominos over other fast food pizza until the day the maker callsme home!
