Horrible service. I did takeout. Shame on me for not checking the bag, but they missed a wing order of mine. Got back to my... place of sleep after driving :20 minutes there and back. Learned they shorted me on my wing order. Horrible feeling for a Sundaywind down and football on. Called the restaurant and was polite. They said they would refund after I re-confirmed my order andcredit card #.Never happened. That’s all you need to know about a place and their level of service when they can’t followthrough. Mike was our bartender/waiter. He was very friendly and helpful. He even slipped me a special they were having that was better... than what I ordered. There were a bunch a big screen TVs all over the place. You didn't have to worry about not seeingsomething you liked and had multiple angles. Food and drinks were great. Highly recommend. Read more
9/16- (UPDATE) Second time ordering wings. This time I ordered the orange chicken traditional wings. The sauce was flavorful and... on the spicy side but not unbearably spicy. The wings were crispy. I’d still like more flavor all the way through but very fewplaces are able to accomplish this. I’m upgrading from 2 stars to 4. First visit- Clean restrooms, service was fast for aThursday evening, the fries were pretty good, the chicken tacos were not good, the sauce was too sweet, the lemon pepper rubwings were just ok, no flavor on the inside, the cheese burger was bland, the cheese cake was ok too much caramel for my taste.We’ll go back and try their brisket items and other type of wings and see how that goes before writing them off completely. This place is incredibly slow during the week for lunch, even when there’s only a few people there, so I normally get take... out. This time I received rotten celery (if you could only smell it lol). Other times I’ve waited 5-10min for someone to cometo the take out desk and grab my order. They have also given me the wrong order many times, over charged me, or charged my cardtwice in the past when dining in (how does that happen?). I love the chain but this location is pretty trash.
