No flavor, late, and always undercooked. Tried a 2nd time, same thing.
The food was excellent. However, I ordered online and when I came in to pick up my food, the manager Tony was on his cell phone... & wouldn’t help me. I stood there for 10 minutes before a nice young girl came up from the back to wait on me. She wasfriendly and took care of me quickly. Then Tony finally got off the phone and started yelling at this poor girl about being onregister without his permission. I was pretty peeved to hear him yelling at this young girl who was trying to help a customerwhile he was talking on his cell phone. Not a very good manager if you ask me. Read more
Manager Bryce is very rude and disrespectful. Placed order at 7:02. 8:45 comes around and still nothing. Call to get an update... and Bryce picks up the phone and claims he was just about to call me(over an hour and a half later, double the order time) totell us we can come pickup our food because the driver had a medical emergency. I proceeded to explain it had been almost 2hours and he he just hangs up on me. Call back and he was denying it was him that hung up etc. Clearly was the same fella, as heanswered the phone the exact same. Absolutely unprofessional and he boasted his general manager title.
