Nasty beyond belief!! The what?s so called ?manager? shouted out ? next time, you don?t have money, don?t eat.? at the... checkout!!! WOW! Just wow I walked in ordering a two item entry, the ?manager?made my order wrong and asked me to pay for thedouble meat of one item, I first agreed. Then at the check out, they made my order wrong again along with someone else itemswhich I didn?t order, so I clarified with them, manager and coworker, and asked to please remove the extra item I didn?t feellike paying anymore. The ?manager? then made a comment ?next time, you don?t have money, don?t eat.? in my face, ?excuse me?!You don?t have money, don?t work.? I threw it back, then asked ? who?s the manager?? He said he is!! Well, I don?t have money tospend on an uneducated inconspicuous ?manager? managed chain restaurant with this kind of attitude. The food here was mostlygross too, I almost dumped it at the door as I walked out?.. It jolted me LeaAnn Chin would hire this kind of ?manager?. Therewas no service, but full of insult. This was the worst Chinese food I ever had... it tasted like leftovers and have absolutely no flavor. The staff also seemed very... disengaged and lacked sufficient customer service abilities. I'm never going back and I want a refund! Read more
