9-13-22 We tried this Arbys because the Arby's in Yulee is terrible. It was clean, the staff were all friendly and the food was... exactly as we ordered it. Would have been 5 stars except the milkshake machine was broken and the Arby's Sauce and Ketchupdispensers were empty. Read more
We were not very happy with our gyros at all and we drove 30 mins. The boys were nice and the store was clean just sub par food... for $19.00. We've had better Arby's.. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a sandwich and fries and then sat at the window for about 15-20 minutes. There... were 4 staff members in the parking lot right near the drive through window smoking and hanging out. One appeared to be amanager, possibly. It looked like there were only two staff members inside working. Then I saw the staff go inside and come outwith many bags of food and drinks and get in their cars to go home. It was 6:30pm. Dinner rush? There were at least 5 carsbehind me waiting for food, but it seemed more important for the staff to get their own food first. I finally got my food andwhile driving off I realized my food was ice cold. What are the priorities of this place? Then when I was trying to leave thetwo cars full of staff members almost backed into me because they were not paying attention to what they were doing.
