I purchased the $1 coupons for Frosty?s at Store 4217, but was not given 2 of the items. I made the discovery once I was home. ... I planned to mail them to my nephew for his birthday. I elected to call Wendy?s and report the mistake, as my return would havebeen at my next convenience. I spoke with the same worker who had made the error. Rather than own her mistake, she challengedmy reporting. I was immediately incensed that I would make a false $1 claim. I am 72 and three times retired. I thanked herand decided I would report the matter to the manager my next visit to Wendy?s. I later made the report. I was surprised bythis youthful looking manager who immediately digested the point of my issue. My integrity! She questioned me to identify theworker, but that was not my intent. Her baby face and adult wisdom was impressed upon me. I later had a chance meeting withthe manager, where else, at Walmart. I learned her name is Jessica and obtained permission for this review. This is not a good restaurant. Wife ordered a Taco Salad, I had a chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was kind of runny, fries... were cold. Taco salad was disgusting, bad tomatoes, bad lettuce, cheese was gooey. When wife took salad back no one at thecounter wanted to acknowledge she was there. After after about 5 minutes the manager with an apparent attitude asked her whatthe problem was. Offered to get her another salad out of the refrigerator. When wife said she would like her money back,manager just walked away. Another girl spoke with my wife and refunded her money. Kids in the back and kitchen just goofingoff. There have been a rash of Fast Food restaurants closing in St Marys, most due to poor managment and slacker employees. Iam pretty sure this will be the next one to shut down. Idk if its all fast food places now but this wendys is so garbage. They can't get an order right if I use the app and give... them 30 minutes or if im in the drive thru line. The order is either completely wrong or the food is hideous. I've just quitthis store just like the Hardee's. Hopefully they pull the plug and shut it down. Read more
