Living in California for over 30 years. Eating Hispanic/Mexican food for many years and dining at restaurants and in the homes... of many. I have a good sense of what is what when it comes to dining in establishments like this. I tried to let themanager...maybe even owner know that the enchilada sauce seemed salty...no it WAS salty! When nicely letting the manager knowafter paying my bill that I wasn't complaining, I was just trying to let him know that the sauce was salty. He didn't want tohear the help or even try the sauce to see...he just instantly said they sell 100s a day... which maybe at those times the sauceisn't salty. But as he was saying this he was aggressive in his tone and slapped my shoulder twice in the sense of how anabuser does to an abusee to try and convince them that they are wrong and he is correct. The service was fabulous, the tacoswere delicious, and the meat and other ingredients in the enchiladas were delicious... But the lack of respect and regard for acustomer and their personal space goes above and beyond what I was served and this is why you get two star with an explanation.
