McDonald's is usually pretty straight forward however this particular visit was rather terrible. I ordered a McDouble and a... McChicken and both buns were very hard and stale. 95% of the McChicken's mayonnaise was squirted on the paper wrapper and notthe sandwich itself. I don't expect McDonald's to be fine dining by any means, but this was horrible. 2 stars because, at leastI didn't get sick after eating it. I'm sure by the time you read this, someone new will be in charge of quality assurance andeverything will be fine. Read more
This was the filthiest McDonalds that I have ever dined in. The floors looked like they were mopped with week old dirty water... and the glass was so disgusting! I was going to dine in but could not take the filth! I hope the kitchen is better but I amguessing not. Gross gross gross. I will not be here again! Read more

We just wanted a hot burger, fish sandwich & chicken nuggets. The food was barely warm, no ice for drinks & no straws. The place... was a mess tables were dirty, floors needed to be swept & garbage needed to be emptied. There were plenty of employees workingbut complete chaos in the kitchen the workers were on their phones, lots of loud noise going on in the kitchen & it just funnelsinto the eating area. Whatever happened to greeting the customers! Doesn?t macdonalds supply uniforms?? When I talked to themanager to express my concerns he tried his best to apologize & give me a couple of coupons. Please be warned about the StMichael MacDonalds I?m not one to complain but I will never go back there again. Read more

Walked in to use the bathroom, thought about getting a meal to go. As I walked to the bathroom, some pink haired kid shouted... "B***H!" at his fellow employees. So professional. Decided not to get anything after that. I do not reward poor workplacebehavior. At least the bathroom was fairly clean, so a star for that. Read more
