The lobby is only open the drive through is closed for remodel they need a big cone at the Speaker in the drive thought so... people will see that and park to go in they do have a small sign on the speaker but didn't see it till she told me its lobbyonly. They were very fast to get the food out and food was good. Read more
Girl at the drive through was seeming that she didn't want to be there and was very short with the customer and didn't seem to... care about how she came across to the customers. You shouldn't put people who have no care attitudes in the drive throughwindow. You should hide them in the back so they don't have any contact with your customers. Read more
Horrible..the lady at drive up window, who i think was in charge was degrading other co workers! Then she was very obtrusive to... me as I gave my card for payment, then when I got home with my food my crinkle cut fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday, the rest of my food was not of the quality that I am used to getting from Arby's...not to mention I wanted to order 2 chocolateshakes for my meal deals and was told abruptly that the shake machine was broke.
