Placed a carry out order and went to pick it up. On arrival I found out that a delivery driver had taken my order by mistake for... a home delivery instead of the order for the home. The crew apologized for the mistake and quickly went into action remaking myorder. They offered me a free item for the inconvenience. I got a free order of cheesy bread. My order was complete in about 10minutes or so. Great Job to the crew, everything was delicious!!! 12" thin crust pepperoni pizza, Chicken bacon ranch sandwich,crispy fudge lava cakes and the free cheesy bread. Yummy!!! Love Pizza, Love Domino's! The only pizza shop found acorss USA even in remote areas. Recently they stopped giving chilly... flakes, serving plates and tissue paper. Is it an effect of inflation? Hope they resume it. Sometimes Domino's app crashes ordoesn't work when the payment is a combination of credit card and gift card. Thank you! Read more
Ordered pizza online for pickup and when we got it home it was like they took a tiny pinch of toppings and scattered it on, you... can count how many is on there just by looking, (if your curious, 21 slices of ham and 20 pieces of pineapple and 18 pieces ofjalapeños) one of the slices only had 3 pieces of ham! I usually like dominos but their presentation and quantity of toppingwere lacking, I didn't realize I got 50%less toppings when I got 50% off. Read more
Cheap pizza the kids love. They get our order right most of the time, but when they don't (usually leave off an extra topping)... they remake the pizza (and we get to keep the original pizza or they give us a credit on a future pizza. Incentive for them toget it right the first time. Read more

I have never experienced such awful customer service from someone that is supposed to be a ?manager? I ordered 2 cheese pizza?s... and didn?t get them for an hour. Once my order was delivered the pizza?s were incorrect I called the store and was told by thisso called ?manager? that they would send out the correct order 45min later still no pizza. So I call again the ?manager? said HEFORGOT TO SEND OUT MY PIZZA and will send it out asap. Another 45min go by still no pizza. Mind you I placed my order at 12pmand it is now 3:15 and my correct pizza?s are yet to arrive. But they at least charged me for the pizza?s that they neverdelivered at least they have my money who cares if the customers get what they actually paid for! The ?manager? I spoke with at3pm was so rude had the worst customer service and actually had the nerve to hang up on me when I was explaining the situationto him.
