Drive through is busy in the morning, but the crew is cheerful and efficient. A well run & efficient franchise.
The service we received at this Tim Horton was the worst I have ever experienced in my 10 years living in Canada. Me and my... family went on a weekend trip from Montréal to Ste Agathe and were having such a pleasant experience in this charming littletown until an employee from this location refused to give us our order as we were not in a car. The restaurant was closed fromthe inside so we decided to go trough the drive through. This employee had our coffees already in hand and she threatened withcalling the police and shot the window in our faces when we asked why we couldn?t get our order since we couldn?t buy from theinside.
