Ordered a couple weeks ago. Was told 45 minutes, arrived, told 15 more minutes, fine, 15 more minutes received order. Sushi was... mediocre at best, mushy rice and warm fish. We figured maybe busy night, so tonight we order again for a 2nd try. Told pick upin 45 minutes. Fine. I expect 60 minutes so arrive in 60 minutes. Told again another 15 minutes. Fine. While I'm paying for thefood, I mentioned last time I was told 45 minutes but it was an hour so I waited an hour. The guy at the counter says, "If youdon't like it, eat at the McDonald's down the street." I was so bewildered I got back to my vehicle, realized it was best tocancel my order and receive a refund. I went back inside, cancelled my order, but the guy wouldn't refund, so I told him I wouldinitiate a chargeback on my credit card. He told me to do that. I called him a jerk and left. I phoned my bank, they will do achargeback in 15 days. Terrible food and worse attitude. I do not recommend, and we won't be back. Additionally, the guy waswearing his mask under his nose.
