Miss Calgary Howick has awful service. Ordered 2 pizzas a couple weeks ago from a friend's place. They took 30min to deliver... and only delivered 1 pizza. We had to wait amother 30min for our second pizza. I just ordered from my house. It took thedriver 1hr & 20min to show up. He got lost, blamed his gps, the girl who took the order also got the wrong house number. Thefood was cold when it was delivered. I called to complain and got hun up on. I called back, told them what happened and wasput on hold for 20min. They finally came back, then put me on hold for another 15min until I got fed up and hung up. I thought I called the wrong place at first; the person answering the phone today spoke neither French nor English and screwed... up my order asking me twice if I wanted to speak to ?Louis?. They did not understand what ?sauce à part? meant nor ?frites?.It?s really unfortunate because we love the place, but communication is key.
