I ordered the Brooklyn style, it have a very distinctive cheese taste which is half provolone half mozzarella. Cheese blend is... not to bad but is a bit overpowering. Let me say this pizza is greasy. You have to sponge it with a napkin before evenattempting to eat it. Other than that it is very thin, crispy and absolutely no flop. Light dusting of cornmeal on the bottom,I'm not a fan but that's what a classic Brooklyn pie is. I give this pizza a 5.9, really nothing special here. A verycommercial and cheap pizza. Really bad service. No informations communicated and bad hygiene (no masks were correctly on nose/mouth; the person that took... our order used the same gloves after to do our pizzas). It also took us 40min to have 3 pizzas at 10pm. Read more
