The food is horrible. What happened to the quality! Last time for st-Hubert. The ledge at our table is covered in dust.
My family used to love ST.Hubert and we used to purchase there quite often. I have only had one bad experience before, in Laval.... I complained and I was taken care of very professionaly. For the amount of years I have been a customer and the amount of moneyI have spent at St. Hubert, I expect the service to be professional. If your employees mess up orders, simply fix it!!!! Don'tdismiss your consumers... Without them, you would be out of business. I work for a multibillion company and our Customer Serviceis always of the highest standards, so I take it very personally when I am treated disrespectfully and dismissed for taking thetime to call and share my feedback with the company. May I suggest investing a little in giving your employees a little Empathycourse? They really need it at St. Therese location!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! St. Hubert, you have lost a customer. Read more
