Normally I love coming here. However it's really frustrating when you place an order on the app to pick up in store to avoid the... always huge drive thru lime just for the inside to be locked and closed with no explanation. After waiting in the drive thrulime for almost 10 minutes I gave up and left. Now I have to go through the headache of online bots to get a refund for theitems I ordered. Read more
Ice coffee was made incorrectly with cream not milk. Sausage egg and cheese on bagel was ice cold. Returned only to get new... sandwich in same condition?ice cold. Returned it for second time only to get Luke warm. Gave up. Will never return. Only gothere if you enjoy cold food and incorrect coffee. Read more
The front end girl was good but the people in the back were too chatty and the girl in the front was being ignored by them when... she needed change in her drawer. Place behind the counter was not very clean at all. Broken equipment with do not use signs too. Read more

They wouldn't open the dining room because they only had 3 people on staff. The line for drive thru was all the way down the... parking lot. 3 trained and knowledgeable people should be able to run a dining room and drive thru no problem. It's assortedcoffees and breakfast items. Read more
Not sure what to rate this place. Honestly all depends on who you get..Like sometimes when I ask for stuff the employees don't... even know they have the item on their menu or I get caffeine when I ask for decaf. I stopped going here for awhile because ofthe decaf vs caffeine issue.but just stopped getting coffee here. Now when I get things sometimes it looks like it supposed toand just recently the pumpkin muffins looked like it was made by a preschooler. Just thrown together no icing. Not appetizing atall. Sometimes coming here is a 50/50 chance you will get what you wanted. I've gotten really sick after eating two items here.One after pumpkin doughnut and two after the pumpkin doughnut that wasn't made correctly.Major Beware. Read more
After we had waited 25 minutes from the time we ordered to get up to the window the only aspect of our order they got correct... was the two black coffees we got. They forgot our hashbrowns, and didn?t toast or put butter on the muffins. Then they gotreally annoyed and gave us attitude when we asked them to correct our food. Who puts butter on a muffin like this? One hasbutter now and the other doesn?t. To Dunkin corporate, is there anything you can do to satisfy me as a customer? Read more
