Been going here a while. Only reason it?s getting any stars is because the food tastes good. Service is terrible can?t even grab... a couple overpriced slices of pizza without them forgetting my order so they never tossed it in the oven. Pathetic display ofmanagement. If you want Vesuvius I?d go to the one in Marblehead. Worth the drive. Read more
Just got 2 subs. They were terrible! Pastrami wasn't cooked. 7 onion rings not homemade 7.25. Meatball sub had an awful taste.... Had to actually throw subs away. Read more
Ridiculous, called to order a Cobb salad. They say we can't do that the pre made ones are out. Duh... How about actually making... one from scratch. You aren't out of any of the ingredients just can't be bothered to actually make one. Very disappointed in theservice. Read more

Pizza: inconsistent curst, thick and thin through out. Not a true thin Boston, NY or Italian pizza, if that is what you like (... like me). Margarita was also a disappointment. It seemed like a cheese pizza, with maybe a little less cheese? Will not getpizza there. Trip 2, steak and cheese sub: Roll was good but steak was average. I would get it again but still searching areafor a superior steak sub. Service people we nice enough but things can wait a while on the shelf before they call out your name.Steak sub was cooled a bit and since I ordered it and stood there waiting, my expectation is I would get it when it came out.That is the main reason I don't use a delivery service.
