Brutally slow service with only one car in line ahead, and after the wait my kids and I got to enjoy quite possibly one of the... worst meals ever served in oregon. And of course, they did not add any of the sauces requested. If I had found a dead rat in mymeal, I?d know they were intentionally trying to ruin my evening, but since I did not, I can only wonder for now.. please closedown this awful location, you?re damaging the brand. This was the worst experience I?ve had at a Burger King. I tried to order a sausage breakfast sandwich and a medium hash brown... through drive thru, they repeated my order and gave me a total, okay. Well I was charged for a burrito and French toast sticks.It?s not hard to double check the orders and to have common sense. I didn?t realize this until I came home. I had to go backthrough the drive thru and the manager couldn?t even apologize to me. It was like she was confused herself. You need to retrainyour staff because you guys were all lost and confused. Went thru the drive thru, had coupons, I accidentally gave them the code from expired ones, so the whopper meal for 2 we were... told was going to be $22 and change. By the time we made it to the window, I found the current coupons and they said there wasnothing they could do and wouldn't apply the correct coupon to the order which was a straight up lie. Their food isn't worththat much money and the only reason I tolerate their rude lazy snide employees is because of the coupons. WORST BK LOUNGE IN THEPLANET. Read more
Current manager is super rude and unprofessional. I asked for a diet, I got a sprite. No worries there. I asked for a #1 meal... and I just got a bag with a fry in it. Took it in to ask if I'd be able to get the rest and Kimmie or whatever her name is wasabsolutely inconsiderate and rude. I've work in customer service and retail for over a decade and Jesus dude, the amount ofattitude and sas I got from her was enough to just make me leave my food on the counter and leave. Horrible customer service andthe corporate office needs to hire a new manager or something. No wonder the turn over rate I'd so high at this location, it'shard to work under a manager that's this horrible. Read more
