Myself and my family have been coming here for years and have never had any issues. They make amazing food and the customer... service is always decent. If you haven't given them a shot I'd definitely recommend it to other's. It's a must try! Oh alsotheir facility is always clean and makes it feel safe to eat there. I used to really enjoy this restaurant for a quick meal, but they must no longer need people's business because I called last... night and again for about the 5th or 6th time, no one answered the phone during business hours. I called multiple times over a20 minute period. No business is THAT busy. If I can't place an order, there are a dozen other businesses in a 5-minute radiusthat will be happy to take my business. If you're looking for some quick and great meat with rice or noodles this is the place for you! The cashier Noah is always very... friendly, the service is good and the food comes out quick . They also have great spice levels, and can make it very mild/spicy.I personally like spice, and the sauce they have adds both heat and flavor! Read more
Just called in an order. Found the menu Online. The gentleman on the phone said that the owners "Dont really do the internet"... and that the pricing instore was almost double that of the online menu. If you would like to pay $11.00 for a simple chicken andrice bowl, you found your place. Read more
Ordered a Teriyaki Beef plate from south Salem. When I got home there was just meat in the to go container. When I have ever... ordered this at other locations ALWAYS comes with rice. Not sure what the rush was in the store as it was empty as well with oneother group of people waiting on food to go.
