One of the best McDonald's restaurants in our Capital city Salem Oregon. Customer service is always excellent. My order is most... of the time correct, a couple times coffee didn't have any of the sugar and cream that they put in for you. I feel safe here inthe parking lot when I visit on late nights being to full downside is I cant use the trashcan sometimes due to it being to fullso end up not using it. I have never in my life been treated so rudely and disrespectfully from anyone at any drive-through. I was even refused me I... manager or a team lead supervisor whatever someone in charge and the girl when I asked her what her name was she told me I don'tneed to worry about it and she had a total attitude totally disrespectful as you continue to shut the window in my face andlaugh about it with another employee as she was describing what was apparently going on I assume. 27 minute wait and they never even took my order so I left but got stuck in drive through line.... This location is trash and... for some reason ALWAYS has the most outrageous wait times. Definitely prefer South Salem on Commercial where they work in atimely manor with little to no issues..... Read more

This McDonald's is not getting my business anymore it's was too slow. Not even that busy and it took 30min to get my order which... was then wrong. There's other McDonald's around that do a much better job that you'll be able to drive to get your order and beout by the time this one would finish.
