This wasn't my first time trying MOD pizza, but this was my first time trying this specific MOD pizza. And I must say, they are... the best one so far. The guy who made our pizzas and salads was incredibly patient and accommodating with all of our orders?andthey weren't simple order either?and made them all with a smile on his face. Kudos to the short dude with all the tattoos & piercings at the South Commercial St. Salem, OR location, he had suggested me to... mix pear tea with vintage lemonade & I'm in love with this new flavor!! Awesome customer service, fantastic food, and a super clean restaurant. MOD pizza does it right! I love the fact that my wife... can get a full pizza, dairy free, with all the good toppings and she isn't made to feel like it's an inconvenience. It's rarethat a company will cater so well to those with special dietary needs, MOD makes sure everyone has an option for a good meal.Add in the fact that their pizza is absolutely amazing, and you just can't go wrong eating here. Great experience today! The service and the quality are right up there with my favorite/the best MOD pizza location in... Wilsonville. And even though it's much farther from our house than the other Salem location, it's worth the extra time (theother Salem location was the worst experience at a MOD pizza location with no other location even close). They burnt my delivery order. They spent so much time ducking around chatting they forgot my order was in oven. They quickly... smelled burnt bread (i did too) and pulled it out. It was black all over the bottom and crust. They tried to hide that theythrew it away and quickly tried to remake it on prep station. But no one was in line and i was waiting for it to come out so iwas watching. One gentleman got his order that he placed after i arrived for mine. So i tried to get attention of green shirtguy but he turned his back as soon as other customer got his pizza. He was ignoring me because he was the one that was in chargeof oven. He burnt it. And then i tired getting attention of guy slicing pizza. I asked if my order was ready and he said "let mecheck on that" then proceed to cut other online orders and tape then closed before even checking on mine. I was there wellbefore these other online orders came out. He checked in oven and all he said was "its in the oven" then ignored me like thefirst guy. Went back to avoiding me. . I understand people make mistakes but this was careless they had no one in line whilemine was in oven and then they didn't even apologize for their negligence they just tried to hide it and play it off like it wasstill cooking this entire time. Order was supposed to be ready at 4:32. I arrived at 4:34. Haven't gotten it and it's already4:44. Also. They keep their dough balls right under the sink on in a tub on the floor.
