Granted we went there on a Tuesday, but it was so effing DARK with cheap, dim lighting, that it made the stark streetlights... outside cast a really uncomfortable mood over the place. It was a first date. Not the right place for looking at someone. Thefood was fairly priced and the staff polite. The house sake tasted extremely tart. Kinda gross. The scallops were excellent.Wasn't impressed with the rare beef appetizer. Pretty lackluster. Came with a... maraschino cherry on the side? Why?? The floorwas so greasy I nearly slipped... while wearing dry winter boots. Yikes. Read more

The food was good. The sushi always tastes fresh. Good portion size and presentation. Nice beer and drink choice. The wait was... long this time around to be seated, and it took a few to be acknowledged. Once we sat though it was proper. The grill food wasfairly plain., But initially tasty. Their roles are always pretty spectacular and delicious. We have an extra spicy roll thathad tuna red snapper avocado jalapeno. Read more

Waited for a while for the sushi and didn't get and update for a half hour. Pricing was a bit high. Water wasn't refilled and it... was hard getting the server's attention. Sushi was alright. The salmon didn't taste the most fresh. Overall price for qualitywas not totally worth it. Read more

Me,my brother and his family went for dinner. The "show"was NOT BAD. it's not Benihanas, but a very close second. Staff was quite... polite and attentive but not in that "bucking for a tip" kind of way. Genuinely kind. Our cook, entertaining,ESPECIALLY toward mynieces, they're 8,and they LOVED it. Food was precisely prepared. Perfect Medium on my New York, sushi was so good my brotherbrought some home. Drinks never reached complete emptiness. Great family atmosphere. If you're looking to have a little fun andnot the usual dinner out experience,go to Nagoya's. From kids to grandparents, they've got a menu to suit you all Read more
