One star because you are forced to leave a star. ?Manager? Estaban G is super rude. Unfortunately it?s a difficult location near... a busy road so I?m sure it?s hard to hear so we had to repeat our order several times. I usually love this location because of the freshness of the food and friendliness of the staff. But the last few visits have... been awful. I visited (10/29/22 @5pm) and the lobby was closed, which was no biggie since this location has a drive thru.However the girl who was taking the orders was so rude over the speaker. She was rushing us to order and every time we would saysomething her response was "is that it, is that it, is that it" Then we asked for white rice in one of our orders and she said"NO! we're out! Chow main or fried rice?!" The way she was speaking was so aggressive so we told her to just cancel the orderand drove straight through the drive thru and went somewhere else. Read more

I pretty much have zero standards when it comes to fast food, as long as I just get my food. I don't even mind if a place messes... up my order once in a while, I make mistakes too. But dear lord, this Panda Express is just a consistent nightmare that willmess up some aspect of you getting your food every single time. Over the course of a few visits I think I've had every possibleissue a person could have at a fast food joint. It is literally never a smooth experience.
