I had Papa John's many years ago and expected a similar pleasant experience, however my visit to this store was not as before.... When I placed a phone order I specifically asked if I could have it take and bake and was assured that I could. When I arrivedat this store, the person at the counter told me that they don't do take and baked only fully baked. I explained how I was toldover the phone that I could and she indicated that must have been the call center person and they were wrong. So I left withouta pizza and an unsatisfactory experience.
