I went Sunday night around 6:15 pm and it wasn't busy but both waitresses ignored me for 20 minutes and I watched one of them... interacted with customers and laughing the whole time. They were served others and the 4th person they went to serve, I finallysaid something. The patron they were serving agreed and told the person to take my order. After my food was ready they proceededto ignored it on the counter for a good length of time. As soon as I got up to leave she went and grabbed my food. Seems verydeliberated. Phil"s, is known for its League pool play and Diamond tables. The kitchen is a Classic "Greasy Spoon" serving large breakfasts... portion, Burgers and Sandwiches. The Service very good with the floor being quite large and many times full of pool players. Read more
I found Phil's bar and grill to be very nice. The food was excellent the service was wonderful. The management which takes great... care with the customers has remained in place the last several years although the ownership has changed.
