She looked like she was dressed as a manager. I was picking up a mobile order and didn't have the card I used with me and the... transaction didn't go thru. I asked for "NO ONIONS" on all the burgers due to allergies, no surprise that they put onions on the burgers, I spoke with a... manager, she said it was my fault for my kids breaking out in hives, because I didn't check the burgers, but isn't that amistake on the food service for not paying attention to detail while taking the order?
