We had a party of 8. The host said they couldn?t seat us for an hour. That?s fine. We asked if he could split our party and sit... us as tables of 4. My first time eating breakfast at a Perkins. Would have rated it overall a 1 for the food alone but our server was professional... and very attentive. I was on my way to a meeting so I was in a hurry and didn't have time to bring my food issues to my server.I'm sure my issues would have been addressed if I had. I only rated food a 1 because of multiple issues. I ordered a breakfastplatter called Feast something or other. Eggs were way undercooked for what I ordered. The sausage links were covered in somuch grease I had to pat them on a napkin. My hasbrowns were so oily they were swimming in grease and they were also still halfraw. My pancakes on the side were still 25% liquid batter in the middle. One bright spot is the bacon was good and so was thesweet tea! All in all a very disappointing meal though. Like I mentioned I was only so harsh on food quality because it wasmultiple problems. I would not have marked so low if just undercooked eggs or cakes etc etc. Read more
The waitress was obviously not working for tips. I commented to my wife how I could let my empty drink glass slide if the place... was busy. There was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time. In fact I never would have had my drink replenished hadmy wife not said something when the waitress happened near our table. On top of that, we visited on a Monday, which is supposedto be free pie day, yet I was charged for the slice of pie my wife ordered. And I am so tired of companies blaming their failingon the covid hoax. If you cannot adequately staff your establishment then don't open. Read more
Ordered country fried steak and eggs the gravy was very sweet ( which some people might like I guess) and my bother in laws eggs... had a hair in them we asked for another plate and it had hair in them again which he just didn?t eat the eggs this time but thewaitress was pretty rude did not smile and and only asked for our order.
