Busy location, good quality coffee and food (as expected from a Starbucks).

I want to say that Starbucks ownership really needs to look at how the pull an espresso shot. It is central to making any coffee... beverage, from a latte to macchiato. Pulling a well timed, weighed shot is everything. If you do this right, you almost neverhave to add sugar, vanilla or anything to your coffee. Coffee shot and milk. That's it. Please, please make changes. I thoughtthe people here were working hard, but if you don't give them belief in the coffee they are making, or train the staff to becoffee masters, it won't help.
