Saw the billboard from the highway and had to stop since it's 100 years old. it's a small place with about six seats and the... burgers are sliders. mustard ketchup pickle onion no cheese available. Excellent, engaged staff! really enjoyed our burgers! Read more
Over 100 years old and still using the original little grill. The entire restaurant is smaller than the average living room.... Layers of history, 5 or 6 tiny stools bolted to a raised soda fountain style counter, and original cabinets on the back wall. Amap has pins from customers around the world who have visited. I'm so happy that my son and I stumbled upon this place a coupleof years ago. We stop whenever we are in the area. Unfortunately that's only about once or twice a year. Heads up... they onlysell sliders, chips, and cans of pop. That's it, and it's perfect. All hamburgers have grilled onions, no exceptions. Optionsare pickles, mustard, and ketchup. No cheese. You will smell like onions for the rest of the day... but it's so worth it. Thisis a MUST VISIT at least once if you are in the area. I would easily drive an hour out of my way to try it. Fabulous place. The menu is super simple? You just choose how many. I had six hamburgers for dinner, and was full by the end of... it. This is a place that does what it has been doing for a century and has zero F?s to give if you want your burger your way.These are sliders, clearly hand patted, and quite tasty. Well worth the visit!
