Delicious, fast and satisfying is what I have experienced over the years eating at this Chipotle. Seems everytime I go now, I... feel angry and dissatisfied. I still go because I love the food and I'm hoping it gets better the next visit. After this visit,I may just not go anymore because it's not improving. This most recent visit I chose the burrito bowl. As I got to the frontwhere you order, I can see already they're out of white rice. I love their white rice, so I asked "will some come out?" he saidno there's no more. Mind you, it's only 6pm and not even close to closing time. I can understand if it's almost closing, butcome on IT'S 6PM! I asked, "can you go to the back and see if they're making anymore?" I don't mind waiting. So he does, and andafter what seems to be about 5 minutes, he actually brings some back. Now, onto the protein, their just about out of chickentoo, not even enough for one portiion. So I ask about that and there's none he said again, so I ask for all what they have andsome steak to cover a full portion. He delivers. Onto the veg, I want corn and guess what, there's none also. This time it'sanother person doing that part. She goes to the back and says they're out. How can they be out at 6pm? I ask again to please golook and again she insists, there's none. Now there's a big line right behind me that I'm causing, but what to do? I get to theend to pay and I see there's another station on the other side that makes to go orders or orders online. They have a fullcontainer full of corn there. I asked why didn't I get some from that station, the girl said it's only for to go or onlineorders only. At this point, I'm done. Whatever the case maybe, it was only 6pm and they're out of just about everything? Themanagement and their procedures for this site needs to be addressed. New location for me, but having had Chipotle from several locations in Colorado and California alike, I think I know what to... expect. Whatever distractions were engaging the staff, their focus was definitely elsewhere. Love the food, but not watching itcool while the cashier plays phone messenger for a coworker in the back. Maybe it's policy that nobody else could step up andfill the void, but to a customer it makes it seem like the other staff doesn't care to complete the order and take thecustomer's money. Still...the FOOD! So at least a second or even third chance because it's the only Chipotle here. But it'scertainly not the only burrito-source available. So...strike one. ADDENDUM: Still a rave about the food...mostly. Chipotlemakes the only guacamole I like better than my own, and this was the best guac I've had at any Chipotle. Burrito was madeexactly as I asked, and was as delicious as usual. Just one rant about the chewy, underdone chips. They still worked as aguacamole delivery device. But someone was in a rush to get them bagged, I think. (If I were to guess, I would check withwhomever thinks the cashier is their social secretary. Of course, having said that, I can imagine all sorts of familyemergencies that could have been the source of the distractions the evening. Let me start of by saying the food is amazing! The customer service sucks. Had a small misunderstanding with an individual who... apparently couldn?t understand or couldn?t hear me properly as I was placing my order. Instead of being patient & understandingshe started giving us attitude and giving us mean faces. To find out it was the manager just broke my silence. Don?t forget yourin the customer service area! I have no clue what has happened in the last few years, but starting about a year ago they literally never include the chips I... order, and the portions have shrunken over time to be about 1/3 of what they used to be. Not sure if this is happening toChipotle as a whole or just this location, but my experience with this location has been insanely poor. Read more

I've been to Chipotles that do things correctly and I love Chipotle.. but as soon as they burn the chicken or mess up on making... the rice it ruins it for me.. I can't even eat it. I've gone 4 times in the last 3 months Time#1 the rice had no taste it wasas if I went to a Chinese restaurant and ordered white rice.. Time#2 I went and the rice had so much lime in it, that I'm notjoking it was like biting into a sour candy.. warhead level sour. Time# 3 the rice was under cooked and again pretty close totasteless.. Time#4 rice was too salty and that's all I tasted plus the burnt chicken.. I'm a Chipotle fanatic.. I would haveate it 3 times a week for the last 3 months.. but I can't when it's that bad.. I know yall have a cheat sheet on how to makeeverything according to corporate.. you need someone in the kitchen that can handle those instructions.. Read more
